Andas Homes is a luxury property developer that is known for its quality work and high-end designs. The company has teamed up with Us at MBL Projects to ensure that their new development of four luxury properties is fitted with the latest electrical systems, lighting designs and security systems.

We have been working closely with Andas Homes to provide a bespoke solution that fits the developer's requirements perfectly. The project involves the complete electrical fit out and lighting design of the four properties, including the installation of a full security and network package. The security package includes CCTV and an intruder alarm system that will provide the new property owners with peace of mind, knowing that their homes are well-protected. The network package includes Wi-Fi installation and conveniently placed data points, ensuring that the properties are fully connected and that the new owners can enjoy high-speed internet access throughout their homes to all their devices.

We use the latest in technology and know-how to design and install all systems, ensuring that they are both efficient and reliable. The lighting design is also being carefully considered, with an emphasis on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that complements the luxury of the properties.
