A full Electrical and Mechanical fit out of Leeds newest eco-developments on the docks of the River Aire.
One of MBL’s latest contracts is a project run by Citu, an award-winning property developer whose number one focus is building sustainable homes. Their aim is to create beautiful living spaces that cater to a modern lifestyle through carefully designed ergonomics and the latest in eco technology. By the docks in Leeds City Centre, the development is in prime location to the city center with a local community of shops, café’s and bars also being built around the site.
MBL have been contracted for electrical and mechanical fit out for the entire collection of dual aspect, open plan ‘Aire Loft’ apartments. MBL’s existing green credentials and on-going work to develop our green policies make the partnership with Citu a great match. We endeavor to be as sustainable as we can in our ways of working, transport and employee training which lends itself excellently to the processes and strategies of the Citu group and our shared vision for a sustainable future. At time of writing, 1st fix of electrical and mechanical has begun on all apartments, with 2nd fix phase being complete or started on a number of others.
